The Roland System-8 Synthesizer is a 49-key performance instrument with sophisticated ACB technology. Rich internal sounds are produced by its three-oscillator, eight-voice engine. Importantly, it has three “PLUG-OUT” slots that enable it to directly host and control software emulations of classic Roland synths like the Jupiter-8 and Juno-106. It provides great versatility for creating both traditional and contemporary sounds thanks to its extensive control panel, polyphonic step sequencer, and integrated effects.
